Dear Parents,
Can you believe it? This is the last month of the
school year and it is the busiest yet! We'll be gearing up for
summer fun with lots of activities taking place both inside and
outside.
As our school year comes to a close, we the teachers,
share mixed emotions. We are so proud and privileged to have
shared our love of learning with your children, yet feel saddened
that the school year is coming to an end.
We look forward to
seeing many of you back in the Fall. For our graduates, we know
Kindergarten will be an exciting time and hope all of our alumni
will stop by and visit us. Our care and love for your children
does not end on the last day of school. We will forever be enriched
because of our rewarding time together.
For returning students, the 2008/2009 school
year “Meet
Your Teacher” Day will be Saturday, August 23rd. We will
begin classes on Thursday, September 4th and Friday, September
5th (one hour both days). A note will be mailed to you in July
with more details.

myself – we thank you for your support and active
participation in our program this year and pray for God’s

Thank you to Jill Pieper, Sarah Brennan, and all the
hard workers who helped make our 15th year celebration and
silent auction at Mickey Finn’s such a success. We had
loads of fun too!!!
Thank you to Colleen Rockelmann for your time
and effort in coordinating the “Friends of Christ Lutheran” fund-rising
committee this year! Thanks also to all of our parents who helped
with and participated in the many “fun” fund-raisers.
Thanks to Tressa Hamann for organizing the numerous
restaurant nights ($1,153.00 was raised) and to Sandra
Lee for organizing the Scholastic Book Fair ($984.00
was raised).
Don't forget to sign up for Kid's Kamp this
summer. Miss Brenda still has openings.

afternoon in some of the 3 and 4 year old classes.
You are welcome to change from a morning to an afternoon class

CHRIST LUTHERAN PRESCHOOL!
Please consider volunteering for one of our playground
workdays, Saturday, May 3rd or Sunday, May 18th.
Some of our teachers tutor students of all ages.

Thank you for your patience in our busy parking lot.
Please continue to take your time and follow the arrows for the
safety of everyone. Also, we’d like to reserve the handicapped
parking space for those who truly need it. Remember, the
area in front of the dumpster is a “NO PARKING ZONE.” Parking
there is prohibited to insure the safety of the everyone entering
or leaving the building.
I will continue to staff the preschool office over the
summer on a part-time basis. Please feel free to call
