Registration 2009/2010

Dear Parents, Because Christ Lutheran Preschool fills to capacity almost a year in advance, we want to ensure all of our current families a pre-registration opportunity for next September's placement. On Saturday, November 8th, registration for Fall 2009 begins at 12:00 PM and will end at 2:00 PM. The south doors will open at 8:00 AM, and parents may line up for registration in the order you enter the building. I will take class registrations on a first come, first served basis. THERE WILL BE NO SIGN-UP SHEET POSTED ON THE DOOR. YOU MUST BE IN LINE WHEN THE DOORS OPEN. Attached is a comprehensive list for our class offerings. All current preschool and Tot Co-op parents, regardless of class dates or times, are invited to register on Saturday.

We assure you that we can accommodate a spot for you - however, please be flexible with both a first choice and a second choice for class days/times. Tables and sign-up sheets will be located in the church narthex (lobby) at the north end of the building. A non-refundable $90 registration fee is required for all (returning and new) students. If you need a specific class, please be in line early. (Many of our morning classes fill within the first 15 minutes of registration.)

Additional Notes:

1. Sign-up sheets will not be honored by the preschool. In the past, parents have posted sign-up sheets on the door or passed around sign-up sheets. You must remain in line.
2. A $90 registration fee is required to secure your child's class selection. Please fill out a registration form available at the table for all NEW students.
3. Please come with both first and second choice class selections.
4. There is no group sign-up. If you are unable to register in person you may send a separate representative. Each parent (or representative) may only sign up for immediate family members (no cousin/friend sign-up).
5. If you are unable to attend the sign-up Saturday, November 8th, you may fill out the attached form, place it in the box on the cart in the hallway BEFORE NOVEMBER 8th, and a lottery system will determine your child's class. The $90 Registration fee must accompany the lottery form. Only one form is needed per family.
