Sanctuary Carpet Fundraiser You can help!!
Purchase and sell Flower Gift Certificates
Ten dollar and $25.00 Flower Gift Certificates are available.  Certificates can be redeemed at either of the two Leider locations, Leider Greenhouses, 855 East Aptakisic Road, Buffalo Grove (847-634-4090 ex. 4000) or Leider Greenhouses (former Oman Retail Center) on Route 83, south of Route 22 and north of Aptakisic Road (on East Side of Road) Long Grove (847-634-4188). These certificates can be used to purchase plants for your own garden or patio, Mother’s Day Gifts, Teacher’s Gifts or any other Special People who would like to choose their own garden plants.Proceeds from these gift Certificates will be added to the fund to re-carpet the sanctuary. (For tax purposes:  25% is considered a contribution to Christ Lutheran Church)

There will be two deadlines for purchase of these Certificates:

  • Order by April 18th for April 25th delivery
  • Order by May 9th for May 16th delivery

Silent Auction/Steak Dinner
5-8 p.m. Saturday, May 8
A delicious dinner and tons of fun things to bid on, including toys for kids. We hope to see you there!
  • Adults: $12
  • Kids 5-10: $7
  • Under 5 yrs: free

WOMEN OF FAITH CONFERENCE
We hope you can join us on Fri., Oct. 1 & Sat., Oct.2 at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee for this year’s conference, “Over the Top.” There will be 2 informational meetings during the Education Hour on Sundays, April 11 and April 25 where we will discuss the details. HOLY FAMILY BENEFIT
The annual school benefit for tuition assistance will be held on Friday, May 14th. This is their 25 year anniversary! Every year we have donated 3 themed gift baskets for the silent auction. Below are some suggestions, but feel free to donate whatever you would like:

  • Family Fun Night-card games, board games, DVDs
  • Arts & Crafts-markers, paint, crayons, stickers, construction paper
  • Women’s “Pamper Me”- CDs, books, magazines, lotion, bubble bath, chocolate, candles
